Through personalized mentor matching and structured guidance, we help youth gain career insights, develop skills, and grow with confidence. At Next Qadam, every young person can take their next step without doing it alone.
- Who we serve: Young people aged 14–35 from underserved communities.
- Mentor Commitment: Donating 4–6 hours per month for a 3-month mentorship cycle.
- Where it happens: Here on the Next Qadam platform, where scheduling, communication, and mentorship all happen in one place.
