About Me

I am a Fulbright Postdoctoral Scholar with a PhD in Education and over 27 years of experience in academics and research. I am a full-time faculty member at AIOU, specializing in Educational Planning, Policy Studies, Curriculum Reforms, and Teachers’ Professional Learning.

As a qualified psychologist, I provide guidance and counseling in social, professional, organizational, and educational settings, helping individuals navigate challenges and unlock their potential. I also offer consultancy in designing research and professional learning programs, projects, and courses. My work includes country-wide studies on Access and Equity for HEC and the World Bank, teachers’ beliefs in PRP for USAID, and Challenges of Girls’ Education for the Commonwealth of Learning.

I have developed the “360-degree PoV Critical Pedagogy” and online training modules for Peace Pedagogy, which I continue to explore at the postdoctoral level. My academic journey spans graduate studies in the UK, USA, and Canada, reflecting a lifelong commitment to learning and applied psychology.

Passionate about teaching, research, and mentorship, I aim to guide individuals—especially those who may not have access to mentorship at home—by sharing knowledge, providing support, and fostering growth. Resilience, critical thinking, and hope have shaped my 27-year journey, and I now dedicate myself to helping others navigate their personal and professional paths with confidence.
