About Me
I am an educationist, researcher, and community mentor driven by the belief that education can transform lives. My journey began within underserved communities, where I witnessed firsthand how lack of guidance—not lack of talent—keeps students from pursuing their dreams. This realization pushed me to dedicate myself to mentoring and academic empowerment.
Holding a PhD strengthened my academic foundation, but it was my social work that shaped my purpose. As General Secretary of the Hazara Students Network, I spent several years counseling students, helping them secure scholarships, and ensuring they received emotional support while studying away from home. Many of the students I mentored are now pursuing higher education in countries such as Germany, the UK, the US, Australia, and South Korea.
Beyond student mentorship, I have supported initiatives like Healing Souls, IDC Vocational Training Center, Creative Freelancer’s Lab, and community education programs—creating skill-building and income-generation opportunities, especially for women.
I want to mentor because I believe in being the person I once needed—someone who guides, listens, and walks alongside others as they discover their potential, confidence, and direction.
