Subhash Chander is an educationist, social entrepreneur, and development professional with over two decades of experience in youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, peacebuilding, and diversity and inclusion initiatives across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He is the founder of SUBHASH Educational Complex (SEC), established in 2008, which has grown into a leading institution offering vocational, entrepreneurial, and leadership training, particularly for marginalized and minority communities.

His journey is rooted in a strong belief that education and skills have the power to transform lives. Over the years, he has worked with national and international organizations to design and implement community-based programs that promote self-reliance, inclusion, and interfaith harmony.
