A postgraduate from the UK with over 16 years of diverse professional experience across Pakistan, UAE and the UK. My career has taken me through multiple sectors including business incubation, operations, administration, sales, finance and training, allowing me to work with organizations such as WRCI (PSIC), Mindbridge, Allied Bank, Scottish Power, Dulsco, AS Garments and others.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of leading teams, building systems, supporting entrepreneurs, and working closely with both public and private sector stakeholders. Since 2021, I have been serving as Project Director at the Women Resource Center & Incubator, PSIC, while also working as an independent consultant.

What inspires me most is seeing people transform their ideas into sustainable businesses. Mentoring gives me the opportunity to share my learning, help others avoid common pitfalls, and contribute to meaningful economic and social growth. I am motivated by impact and the belief that guidance at the right time can change someone’s entire journey. This purpose continues to drive me today.
