About Me
With over two decades of experience in Technical and Vocational Education & Training (TVET), I have dedicated my professional journey to bridging the gap between skills development and sustainable livelihoods. As Principal of VTI Wazirabad (PVTC), I lead institutional initiatives focused on quality training delivery, work-based training models, industry partnerships, and entrepreneurship integration.
My work centers on transforming traditional vocational training into outcome-based, employment-linked pathways. I have actively promoted Work-Based Training (WBT) in collaboration with industry partners, ensuring trainees gain real workplace exposure aligned with labor market demand.
Entrepreneurship & Ecosystem Development
In addition to institutional leadership, I am deeply engaged in entrepreneurship ecosystem development. I believe that skills alone are not enough — trainees must understand how to convert skills into income. Therefore, I focus on:
-
Trade-based entrepreneurship models
-
Business startup guidance using existing vocational skills
-
Financial literacy and record-keeping basics
-
Registration and formalization of small enterprises
-
Industry-academia collaboration
-
Quality assurance and accreditation improvement
Through policy-linked initiatives and ecosystem engagement, including collaboration with national and international platforms, I aim to create structured pathways from training to employment and self-employment.
What I Offer as a Mentor
As a mentor, I provide:
-
Practical guidance on converting skills into sustainable businesses
-
Institutional strategy support for TVET leaders
-
Career direction for vocational students
-
Support in developing industry linkages
-
Entrepreneurship mindset development
-

My mentoring approach is practical, structured, and results-oriented. I emphasize long-term stability over short-term success and encourage mentees to build strong foundations before scaling.
