About Me

Ahmad Raza is a youth engagement specialist and peacebuilding practitioner with close to four years of experience designing and delivering youth-centred programs across Pakistan in peace education, climate advocacy, human rights, and digital storytelling.
He has coordinated national youth programs that reached 200+ participants, led Pakistan’s first structured online human rights certificate program for a 50-person cohort, and engaged over 300 young people through fellowships, workshops, and community-led initiatives, including a mental health awareness project that directly reached 120+ people.

He has strong expertise in program coordination, community mobilization, cross-border dialogue facilitation, and digital content creation, backed by training from the Institute for Economics & Peace, Amal Academy, and the Al Sharq Forum, and recognized through multiple national leadership and social action awards.

As a mentor, he offers guidance on personal branding and LinkedIn strategy, fellowship and scholarship applications, public speaking and communication skills, and building a professional profile from the ground up, especially for students and early-career professionals figuring out where to start.
