I am a Clinical Psychologist with postgraduate training from the Center for Clinical Psychology, Punjab Institute of Mental Health, and a graduate of International Islamic University Islamabad. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and have extensive clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. My areas of expertise include developmental and neurodevelopmental disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD, as well as depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and many others. I am also a certified trainer in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and Psychological First Aid (PFA).
I actively offer mentorship, supervision, and skills-based training for students, early-career professionals, and organizations, with a focus on ethical practice, clinical skill development, and professional growth.
